Yield - 2 to 3 servings servings
Ingredients
Dry ginger pwd (sukku pwd) - 1 tsp
Coriander pwd - 1 tsp
Pepper pwd - 1/2 tsp
Cumin pwd - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain pwd (omam) - 1/4 tsp
Karupatti vellam / palm jaggery - 1 to 2 tbsp
Tulsi leaves (basil) - a few
Water - 2 cups
Instructions
1.
Add 2 cups of water to pan.

Allow to boil.
3.
Add karupatti vellam (palm jaggery) and stir.
4.
Stir well to dissolve.
5.
Add coriander pwd, pepper pwd, cumin, sukku pwd (dry ginger pwd) and ajwain pwd (omam pwd)
6.
Stir good.
7.
Allow to boil for a minute.
8.
Turn off flame.
9.
Add tulsi leaves and close the lid.
10.
Wait for 2 - 3 minutes for the flavors to infuse in the coffee.
11.
Filter and serve hot.

Also you can add hot milk and enjoy the sukku coffee.
