Here comes the secret recipe of Indian flavorful masala tea recipe. Its one of the best tea recipe that can be prepared easily at home to enjoy anytime. Its prepared by brewing the tea powder along with a mixture of aromatic spices and herbs. This authentic recipe I learnt from my lovely nephew, who resides in Kerala. I love to prepare this ultimate cuppa chai, whenever we have get-togethers and parties.

Preparation Time - 5 Minutes

Cooking Time - 3 Minutes

Yield - 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients

Milk - 2 cups

Tea pwd - 2 to 3 tsp

Ginger grated - 1 tsp

Cinnamon pwd - 1/4 tsp

Pepper pwd - 1/4 tsp

Mint leaves - a few

Cardamom - 2

Cloves - 2 to 3

Sugar - 2 tsp

Instructions

1.

Heat 1 cup of water in a pan.

2.

Add grated ginger and allow to boil.

3.

Add cardamom pwd and stir.

4.

Add cinnamon pwd, pepper pwd, cloves and mint leaves.

5.

Allow to boil for few minutes.

6.

Add tea pwd and allow to boil.

7.

Once the dicotion thickens, add milk and sugar as shown in video.

8.

Let it boil for few minutes.

9.

Turn off flame.

10.

Filter the masala tea.

11.

Serve in cups.

Irresistably flavorful delicious masala tea is ready.
