Ingredients
Jaggery - 1 cup
Lemon - 1/2
Cardamom pwd - 1/2 tsp
Sukku (dry ginger) pwd - 1/2 tsp
Jadhikkai (nutmeg) pwd - 1/2 tsp
Cold water - 3 to 4 cups
Tulsi (Basil ) leaves - a few
Instructions
1.
Add powdered jaggery to mixing bowl.
2.
Add 1 cup of water and stir.
3.
Once the jaggery is dissolved completely, strain the jaggery water and remove the impurities in a strainer.

Add the clean jaggery water to bowl.
5.
Add cardamom pwd, dry ginger pwd (sukku pwd), nutmeg pwd (jadhikkai pwd) and combine.
6.
Squeeze the juice out of half lemon.
7.
Crush few tulsi leaves and add to the panakam.
8.
Stir good.
9.
Now add 2 to 3 cups of cold water and mix.
