This creamy smooth delicious ice cream can be prepared at home easily. It tastes divine with the flavor of cardamom and vanilla essence. Yield - 4 servings
Ingredients
Whole milk - 1 litre
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Fresh cream - 2 to 3 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom pwd - a pinch
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Instructions
1.
Add whole milk to pan.

Heat in low flame with stirring.
3.
Let it boil until the milk thickens and reduce to half of its volume.
4.
In a small bowl, add 1 tbsp of corn flour and add little water and mix it to thin paste.
5.
Add corn flour paste to milk and stir.
6.
Add fresh cream, sugar and cardamom pwd and stir.
7.
Add vanilla essense and stir for 2 more mins.
8.
Turn off flame and allow to cool.
9.
Pour in ice cream moulds.
10.
Freeze overnight in refrigerator.

Next day...show the moulds in running water for few seconds, to remove the ice cream from the moulds.
