Ingredients
Unsweetened cocoa pwd - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Whole milk - 1 cup
Fresh cream - 2 to 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Nutella - 2 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Instructions

Add sugar and cocoa pwd to a pan.

Combine good.

Add corn flour and a pinch of salt.
4.
Mix well.

Add 1/2 cup of thick milk and stir to smooth paste.

Add fresh cream and stir.

Add nutella and vanilla essence.

Add remaining 1/2 cup of milk and stir good.
9.
Heat the pan in low flame.

Let the chocolate sauce cook for 2 mins.

Turn off flame.

Allow to cool.

Pour the chocolate sauce in ice cream moulds.

Freeze in refrigerator for 6 to 7 hours or preferably overnight.

Next day show under running tap water and pull the ice creams gently.
