Ingredients
Bread - 6 slices
Sliced onion - 1 cup
Diced tomato - 1/2 cup
Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
Shredded cabbage - 1/2 cup
Sliced capsicum - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 1
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Turmeric pwd - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli pwd - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala pwd - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Grated cheese - to garnish
Salt to taste
Instructions
1.
Heat oil in frypan.

Add cumin seeds and saute.
3.
Add sliced green chilli and onions.
4.
Add salt and saute for few mins.
5.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
6.
Add grated carrots and cabbage.
7.
Toss in high flame.

Add turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd, chat masala pwd and sugar.

Saute good and cook covered in low flame for 5 mins.

Add finely sliced capsicum and tomatoes.

Cook for a minute.

Add tomato ketchup and saute.
13.
Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and turn off flame.

Allow the spicy masala to cool.

Heat a griddle.

Melt a tsp of butter.

Roast bread slices to golden and crispy.

Set the roasted bread in plate.

Add a tbsp of spicy masala and spread evenly.
20.
Repeat the same on all the bread slices.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top of it as shown in video.

Cut the bread into halves.
