Ingredients

Ripe banana - 1

Egg - 1

Wheat or maida flour - 1 cup

Milk - 1/2 cup

Nutella - 1 or 2 tbsp

Sugar - 1 tsp

Cinnamon pwd - 1/2 tsp

Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Salt - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

1.

Beat an egg in mixing bowl.

Add ripe bananas and mash well.

3.

Add wheat flour, sugar, cinnamon pwd, salt, vanilla essence, nutella and milk.

Beat to smooth batter.

5.

Heat oil or butter in frypan.

6.

Take a ladle full of batter and pour in hot pan.

Cook in medium flame on both sides.

Remove from heat.

Repeat the same for the remaining batter.

Smear nutella on top of pancakes.
