Here comes the yet another healthy traditional dosa recipe of Indian cuisine. Its not only tastes heavenly delicious with a combo of sambar & chutney, its very quick to prepare too. It does not require fermentation process like regular dosa recipe. This instant quick recipe is prepared using wheat flour, rice flour, onion, spices- herbs. It makes an ideal breakfast / dinner or even for lunch box recipe. Enjoy this crispy wheat flour dosa by pairing it up with your favorite chutney.
Ingredients
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 cup
Rava / sooji or semolina - 1/4 cup
Curd or yoghurt - 3/4 cup
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Sliced onion - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 1 or 2
Fresh curry & coriander leaves
Oil to cook
Salt to taste
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, rice flour, rava, yoghurt or curd, cumin, salt, sugar and mix well by adding enough water.

The consistency of the batter should be free flowing as shown in video.

Add grated ginger, sliced onions, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves and 2 tsp of oil.

Mix well.

Let the batter sit for 10 mins.

Stir the batter good and adjust the consistency if the batter has turned thick by adding 1/2 cup of water.

Heat a girdle.
8.
Drizzle oil in the girdle.
9.
Take a ladle full of batter and pour in hot girdle in concentric circles.
10.
Cook the dosa in medium flame until crispy.
11.
Flip off the next side and cook by drizzling oil to sides.

cook until the dosa is crispy and golden on both sides.
13.
Remove from flame.
14.
Healthy delicious wheat flour dosa is ready.
15.
Enjoy hot with chutney & sambar.
