Ingredients
Corn kernels - 1 cup
Corn flour - 4 tbsp
Oil to deep fry
Cumin pwd - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli pwd - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala pwd - 1/2 tsp
chopped onion - 1 tbsp
Sliced coriander leaves
Lemon juice - few drops
Salt to taste
Instructions
1.
Take aside corn kernels from the corn cob and set aside.

Heat 2 cups of water in a sauce pan.
3.
Add corn kernels and cook in boiling water for 2 to 3 mins.
4.
Turn off flame.
5.
Drain water completely.
6.
Take corn kernels in a mixing bowl.
7.
To it add salt and corn flour.
8.
Coat the corns completely with flour.
9.
Heat oil in frypan.
10.
Once the oil is hot, add the corn and deep fry until crispy.

Drain in kitchen tissue.
12.
Add the fried corn to bowl.
13.
In another small mixing bowl, add salt, cumin pwd, red chilli pwd and chat masala pwd.

Mix well.
15.
Add this spicy masala pwd to the fried corn.
16.
Add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves and mix.
17.
Squeeze few drops of lemon juice and combine.
18.
Serve immediately.

Delicious spicy crispy corn is ready.
