Here comes the homemade bread pizza recipe, that is lighter, delicious and quick to make at home. It makes a perfect option for lunch or snack. Kids go crazy to munch on this cheesy gooey bread pizza. You can also add your favorite toppings as an easy starter recipe for your dinner. It only takes 10 to 15 mins to prepare this simple delicious bread pizza!

Ingredients

Bread slices - 6

Sliced onion, tomato, capsicum, olives - 1 cup

Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp

Schezwan chutney - 2 tbsp

Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp

Mixed herbs - 1 tbsp

Oregano - 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Instructions

1.

Take white bread slices and keep ready.

2.

Slice onions, tomato, capsicum and olives and set ready.

3.

In a small bowl, add tomato ketchup, schezwan chutney and red chilli flakes.

Mix well to paste. Set it aside.

5.

In another bowl, add all the sliced vegetables.

6.

Sprinkle salt, red chilli flakes, oregano and mixed herbs.

Combine well and set aside.

Arrange the bread slices in plate.

Apply the spicy paste evenly on the bread.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top of it. ( I used mozeralle cheese, but any type of cheese can be used)

Spread the seasoned vegetables ( step 7) on top of the bread.

Sprinkle some red chilli flakes, oregano and mixed herbs on it.

13.

Top up with more grated cheese.

14.

Now the bread slices are ready to cook.

15.

Heat a griddle.

Melt butter on it.

Place the bread slices and cook covered in low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

You can see the cheese starts oozing.

19.

Remove the bread slices from flame.

20.

Slice it into halves.

21.

Cheesy gooey homemade bread pizza is ready.
