Ingredients
Garlic pods - 6 to 7
Bread slices - 6
Butter - 2 to 3 tbsp
Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Pepper pwd - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Instructions

Grate garlic to fine shreds.

In small mixing bowl, add butter.

To it add grated garlic, salt, mixed herbs, oil, red chilli flakes & pepper pwd.

Mix it to fine paste.

Take bread slices and apply the mixture evenly.

Drizzle some oil on it.

Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frypan.

Place the bread as shown in above video.

Roast in low flame for about 2 to 3 mins.

Now flip carefully to the garlic mixture smeared side.

Let it roast in low flame until crispy & golden.

Remove from flame.
