Today's post is an easy & delicious sweet atta ladoo recipe. This can be prepared for any festival, special occasion or get together parties. This is very simple and quick to prepare with whole wheat flour, sugar, cardamom and ghee. This rich, healthy sweet dessert makes a healthy snack at any time of the day. Its optional to used powdered nuts also in this recipe while making ladoos. Lets see how to make the most popular atta ladoo with this easy video recipe.
Ingredients
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Ghee - 7 to 8 tbsp
Powdered sugar - 1 & 1/4 cup
Cardamom pwd - 1/4 tsp
Milk - few tsps
Instructions
1.
Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in fry pan.
2.
Add the wheat flour and roast in low flame for approximately 5 mins or until it turns flavorful and light brown in colour.
3.
Add powdered sugar, cardamom pwd and keep stirring until it mixes with flour completely. (approx. 3 to 4 mins)
4.
Turn off flame.

While the mixture is hot, add 4 to 5 tbsp of ghee and mix well.
6.
Add few tsps of warm milk and combine the mixture.
7.
Keep mixing until the flour can be pressed to balls.
8.
Make small balls out of it.
9.
If required sprinkle few drops of milk, and press to ladoo shape.
10.
Garnish with grated nuts.

Healthy, delicious homemade wheat flour ladoos are ready.
