Ingredients
Chicken pieces - 300 g
Turmeric pwd - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli pwd - 1 tsp
Coriander pwd - 2 tsp
Cumin pwd - 1/2 tsp
Pepper pwd - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala pwd - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - few drops
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Besan flour - 4 to 5 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Fresh curry & coriander leaves
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Instructions

Clean and wash chicken pieces.

Drain water thoroughly.
3.
Take chicken pieces in a mixing bowl.
4.
Add turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd, salt, coriander pwd, cumin pwd, pepper pwd, garam masala pwd, 1 tsp of oil and lemon juice.

Mix completely and allow the chicken to marinate for 30 mins.

Its time to add ginger galic paste, besan flour, rice flour, corn flour and finely chopped curry and coriander leaves.

Coat the chicken well with spicy masala.
8.
Heat oil in frypan.
9.
Drop the chicken carefully in hot oil.
10.
Deep fry the chicken in batches and dont overcrowd the oil.
11.
Deep fry in medium flame until the chicken is crispy and golden brown.
12.
Add some curry leaves and slit green chilli to hot oil and fry for few seconds.
13.
Now drain the chicken along with curry leaves and green chilli in kitchen tissue.
14.
Crispy delicious restaurant style spicy chicken pakora is ready.
