Ingredients
Yoghurt or curd - 1 cup
Green chilli - 1
Ginger - small piece
Mint leaves - 3 to 4
Coriander leaves - a few
Asafoetida pwd - a pinch
Curry leaves - 2 to 3
Ghee - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Instructions
1.
In a blender, add 1 cup of yoghurt or curd.

To it add green chilli, ginger, mint leaves, coriander leaves.
3.
Add asafoetida pwd, salt, cumin and curry leaves.
4.
Add 2 to 3 cups of water and mix well.
5.
Close the lid and blend it until smooth.
6.
Pour in bowl.
7.
Heat ghee in small pan.
8.
Add cumin seeds and wait to splutter.
9.
Add few curry leaves and turn off flame.
10.
Pour it over buttermilk.
11.
Mix well.

That's it ...serve flavorful delicious homemade masala chaas chilled.
