Here comes the ever popular chat recipe of Indian cuisine Bhel Puri. Its a wonderful street food with a perfect balance of tongue tickling flavors, inculding sweet, spicy and tangy with a light crunchy taste of murmura. It can be prepared instantly at home with no fuss and enjoy the smiles of kids. Not only its an exciting snack to munch on, its absolutely healthy too. Ingredients
Puffed rice / pori or murmura - 2 cups
Spicy Sev or chivda - 1 cup
Sliced onions - 1/4 cup
Sliced tomatoes - 1/4 cup
Green chilli - 1 or 2
Coriander leaves chopped - 1/4 cup
Grated carrot - 1 to 2 tbsp
Grated mango - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - few drops
Red chilli pwd - 1/4 tsp
Chat masala pwd - 1/2 tsp
Green chutney - 1 tbsp
Sweet Chutney - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Instructions
1.
Take puffed rice in a mixing bowl.

To it add sev or chivda.
3.
Add sliced onions, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves, grated carrots, raw mango, lemon juice and mix. (also you can add boiled sliced potatoes)

Add salt, red chilli pwd and chat masala pwd.
5.
Add green chutney & sweet chutney.
6.
Mix completely.
7.
Transfer to serving plate.
8.
Garnish with some more sliced onions, tomato, carrots, mango, coriander leaves, green and sweet chutney.

Sprinkle more sev on top of it.
10.
Serve immemdiately to enjoy the crispness of the puffed rice along with the flavor of all Indian spices added.

It makes a healthy evening snack along with hot coffee or tea.
