Adai Dosa is a filling, healthy and tasty Indian breakfast menu. It also makes for a nice evening tiffin that goes well with any chutney. In this recipe, I have added a handful of drumstick leaves to the lentil-rice batter, to boost the already nutritious version of Adai. This dosa can be prepared both thick or thin and my kids relished the crisp lentil dosa with coconut chutney & jaggery. Check out this easy recipe to prepare hot & spicy Adai and enjoy..:)
