Today, I’m sharing a yummy Pomegranate Mlkshake recipe, which is a great hit in our family, especially with my kids. This healthy beverage is a perfect way to cool off in summers, as we know pomegranate juice have high level of powerful antioxidants in it. Also, it is a rich source of Vitamin A & C, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorous and Iron.
Enjoy this homemade easy breezy delicious shake..!
Pomegranate - 1
Ice chilled milk - 2 cups
Honey - 1 tsp

Cut the pomegranate in half, crosswise.
Remove seeds from fruit.
Combine all ingredients and blend them in a blender.
Pour in a glass. No need to add sugar.
