Mango Lassi is a sweet, smoothie like heavenly drink. It is a blend of fresh mango, plain yoghurt, milk and honey. This delicious recipe is easy to prepare and is a favorite at Indian restaurants. Ingredients

Ripe mango - 1

Plain yoghurt - 1 cup

Milk - ½ cup

Sugar / honey - 2 tbsp

Ice cubes - few

Instructions

1.

Take a fresh ripe mango and peel off the skin.

2.

Slice the flesh from the fruit and cut it into small pieces.

3.

In a blender, add yoghurt, milk, mango pulp and sugar.

4.

Blend for 2 to 3 minutes.

5.

Now add ice cubes and blend for 1 more minute.

6.

Once the frothy lassi is formed, transfer to serving glass.

7.

Freeze in fridge for 30 minutes.

8.

Serve chill with mint leaves garnishing.

9.

Yummy mango lassi ready to enjoy...!
