Dates - 10
Milk - 1 cup
Honey - 1 tbsp
Ice cream - 2 scoops
Soak dates in ½ cup of milk for 10 mins.
Remove seeds and transfer to blender.
Add milk and grind to smooth paste.
Now add honey, ice cream and mix until smooth.
Store it in fridge.
Pour in glass and enjoy healthy and delicious dates milk shake.:)
