Kovakai Kootu | Ivy Gourd | Tindora Curry
Kovakai ( Tindora or Ivy Gourd ) kootu is a delicious South Indian recipe. Today, I felt bored n lazy to enter kitchen … I planned a good n simple menu, which helps me to finish off cooking in less time. I made Sundakai kuzhambu, kovakai kootu and pappads. This Kootu is a lentil based curry, an authentic and very healthy dish. It is easy to make and an unfailing favorite. My DH likes this kootu very much. This pairs excellent with vathal kuzhambu or poricha kuzhambu rice.
