We all know the saying, “ An apple a day, keeps the doctor away “ absolutely true, due to its amazing cleansing and detoxifying properties. Apple juice improves the health of intestine and reduce high cholesterol. Due to its high mineral content, apples are great for healthy skin, finger nails and hair. Ingredients
Apple - 2
Honey - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Chilled water - 2 cup
Pepper pwd - ¼ tsp
Mint leaves to garnish
Instructions
1.
Wash and chop apple to small pieces.
2.
Grind it to smooth paste by adding required chill water.
3.
Filter the contents and take aside the pulp.
4.
Add some more chilled water, honey, sugar and mix well.
5.
Sprinkle pepper pwd.
6.
Garnish with mint leaves

Healthy, delicious apple juice ready to enjoy….
