Ingredients
Chopped cabbage - 1 cup
Moong dal - ¼ cup
Green chilly - 1 or 2
Fresh lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1.
Wash and soak moongdal in water for 1 hr.
2.
Chop cabbage to fine pieces.
3.
Take water in a bowl and allow to boil.
4.
Add cabbage to hot water and take it out in a minute.
5.
Drain water from it.
6.
Take a wide bowl, add cabbage, soaked moong dal, chopped green chilly, salt and fresh lemon juice.
7.
Mix well and serve with coriander sprinklings.
